Advanced Technologies of SharePoint 2016 (20339-2)

This five-day course will teach you how to plan, configure, and manage the advanced features in a SharePoint 2016 environment. The special areas of focus for this course include implementing high availability, disaster recovery, service application architecture, and Microsoft Business Connectivity Services. This course also focuses on social computing features, productivity, and collaboration platforms and features. Students also will learn about business intelligence solutions, Enterprise Content Management, web content management infrastructure, solutions, and apps. This course also covers how to develop and implement a governance plan, and how to perform an upgrade or a migration to SharePoint 2016.

Designing for Office 365 Infrastructure (10968)

This intensive instructor-led course provides students with the knowledge and experience to implement Office 365 in a large corporate environment using the FastTrack three-phase delivery process of Pilot, Deploy, and Enhance. The course consists of two distinct parts: •Lecture/Lab. Part One is the training phase of the course and consists of six modules. Each module has an associated paper-based lab that is based on an actual, real-world Office 365 deployment involving a medium-sized enterprise organization. The aim of the scenario is to confirm that students have learned the concepts from the modules. •Case Study. Part Two is the testing phase and consists of a different scenario based on another real-world deployment, this time involving a large enterprise deployment. During the case study, students will work in groups to create a design solution for the organization that is based on the information provided in the scenario and gained from interviewing the instructor, who will role-play the part of the customer. Each group will then present its design to the remainder of the class.

This course is intended for end-users, report developers, and application developers who need to simplify and streamline business reporting and analysis. The course covers specialized Excel techniques and introduces you to Microsoft’s Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) language using the Smart View VBA functions. Hyperion Smart View Essentials for Essbase (ESS102-1)

This course is intended for students new to both Essbase and Smart View. It covers all of the topics necessary to create ad-hoc reports and analyses using Smart View mouse and menu querying techniques to execute the essential Smart View commands. This course provides students with time to complete activities to master these commands and techniques.

Hyperion Smart View for Essbase Fast Track (ESS112)

This fast-paced course shows how Smart View can be used as the Hyperion add-in for Microsoft Office. Students learn how to access Essbase data with Smart View. A detailed exploration of the Smart View add-in for Excel shows students how to develop and use Essbase reports with Smart View in Excel for detailed analysis. This course provides an extensive express delivery, with limited student exercises.
