Course Prerequisites:

There are four possible paths of prerequisites to complete for qualifying for this course:

  1. Have Successfully attainedall the following
    • ITIL 4 FoundationCertification
    • ITIL Specialist Create Deliver and Support (CDS) Certification
    • TIL Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) Certification
    • ITIL Specialist High Velocity IT (HVI) Certification
    • ITIL Specialist Direct Plan and Improve (DPI) Certification
  2. Individuals who have obtained their ITIL v3 Expert designation.
  3. Have achieved 17 ITIL v3 credits before starting the course
  4. Have obtained 15 ITIL v3 credits and passed the ITIL 4 foundation exam
